The reference is one of the most iconic references produced by Patek Philippe, not only because of the stunning appealing look of it but mainly because of the historic aspect of it being the first perpetual calendar chronograph made by Patek Philippe.
The reference 1518 is one of the most collectible references. Only 281 pieces produced from 1941 until 1954.
Rarity in brief :
The majority produced was in yellow gold, leaving approximately 55 pieces in pink gold, and rarest to be in stainless steel which are the 4 pieces we know of.
